  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.

Cooking method

On the bottom of container pour olive oil and sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt and put the fish. Sprinkle the remaining amount of salt, black pepper, ground ginger, zest of one tangerine, coriander. Pieces of fish lay sliced tangerine. Pour the cider, not covering the whole fish. Close the top of film and put the yoke. Hide in the fridge for 12 hours. After 12 hours, the fish flipped upside down, again, cover with foil, put the yoke and put into the refrigerator for another 12 hours.
